Refund Policy

1. Agreement

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Vedmata Web Designing to purchase the service. After this point, the User may cancel the Transaction only if specifically provided for on the Platform. Any cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform.

2. Cancellation Requests

We retain the discretion to approve any cancellation requests. Additional details may be requested before approving such requests.

3. Refund Eligibility

Once you have received the service, you may request a refund only if the service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.

4. Refund Request Timeline

Any request for a refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or within the timeline prescribed on the Platform, which shall not be less than three days.

5. How to Submit a Refund Request

To submit a refund request, raise a ticket here or contact us at vedmatawebdesigning@gmail.com. Provide a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required.

6. Approval Process

Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by Vedmata Web Designing. We may ask for additional details before approving any requests. If The refund is Aprooved it will be credited within 5-10 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the Transaction.
